What is your warranty policy on the products?
Lemaxmall offers 15 Business Days guarantee that items we ship to you will be the quality, weight, size and style described herein. If any item you receive is not substantially the same as described, upon our receipt of the nonconforming item in new condition and accompanied by all documents we shipped to you with the item, at the option of Lemaxmall, Lemaxmall will either replace the item with an item that is substantially as described herein or refund all amounts you paid, including shipping and handling costs.

How can I be sure my order has been received?
When you enter your payment information and click "Confirm Order" on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped.

What forms of payment does Lemaxmall accept?
Lemaxmall accepts the following forms of payment:

• Money Order. IMPORTANT! Please reference the order number in your payment.

You can choose AU$, EUR, GBP currency. But those currencies are not available for Credit Card payment. Only US Dollar can be processed via Credit Card.

When will my credit card account be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately and a payment received notification email will be sent to us.

How Does Encryption Work?

Encryption is based on a key that has two different parts. The public part and the private part. The public part of the key is distributed to those you want to communicate with. The private part is for the recipient's use only.

When you send personal information to Lemaxmall during credit card payment, you use Lemaxmall's public key to encrypt your personal information. That means, if at any point during the transmission your information is intercepted, it is scrambled and very difficult to decrypt. Once Lemaxmall receives your encrypted personal information, we use the private part of our key to decode it.

What Kind of Encryption Software Does Lemaxmall Use?

Lemaxmall currently uses the industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. But we continue to keep up with the current technologies in order to provide the best security for our customers.

• We offer 2 shipping methods: Airmail & DHL Express from Hong Kong.
• All items will be shipped out via standard Register Airmail except the parcel is over 2000g.  
• Insurance is included in standard shipping and DHL shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes.  Lemaxmall currently ship to the following areas: US, Europe , Australia , Canada , and Asia . If you are not part of these areas please contact us for authorization at info@lemaxmall.com. Duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

When will my order arrive?

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

• Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
• We try to ship out order within 24 hours after payment cleared. Orders may ship out from Canada or our shipping center in Hong Kong
• Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Standard register shipping will take 8-20 business days (holiday and weekend not include).
• DHL deliveries normally take 4-9 days (holiday and weekend not include).

Can my order be shipped to different addresses?
Yes. Upon checkout, you will be asked to enter Billing address and Shipping address. These two addresses do not have to match. Please note that the billing address information has to match your credit card information in order to process the payment.
