Shipping fee

Shipping fee is based on parcel weight and destination country. For example:

Canada: from $3.99

USA: from $4.99

Europe: from $6.99

Instant Shipping Quote: Add all items into shopping cart and click "View Cart" button on top bar.  This will get you exact shipping fee. Registering or Logging in an account is not needed.

You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a refund. Please note shipping fee is not refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks when we receivved the returned parcel.
If you need to return an item, please email to info@lemaxmall.com. Or you can do it online by:

- login to your account and view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu;

- click the Return Item(s) button;

- ship out the returned item after you receive "return authorized" email from us.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
